The Poorcastle 2018 daily schedule and list of vendors have been revealed!

A month ago we announced the Poorcastle Festival 2018 lineup, and now ladies and gentlemen we are excited to pull the curtain back a bit further to reveal the full daily schedule! As mentioned before, this year’s rendition of Poorcastle is set to be their sixth go-around in as many years taking place July 6th-8th at Apocalypse Brew Works (1612 Mellwood Ave) and will feature a whopping 36 bands/artists, all of which hail from the great city of Louisville.

Poorcastle 2018 Schedule

Doors will open each day at 1PM with music starting promptly at 2PM, and as we’ve seen in year’s past, expect the festival to run on schedule. In other words, don’t be fashionably late or else you’ll probably miss the band(s) you’re looking forward to seeing. In addition to the music and fantastic beer provided by Apocalypse, there will also be a series of rotating food trucks on hand to solve any hunger related predicaments you may face over the weekend.

Three day passes are just $10, and can be purchased online here. Single day passes will be available at the gate for $5 a piece. Also, if you buy any music released by an artist on the Poorcastle roster at Guestroom Records you’ll get a free single day pass on your day of choice. That sounds like a pretty good excuse to get your ass out of the house to spend some money on quality homegrown tunes, right?

Food trucks scheduled to be on site are Black Rock Grille, Bourbon Bent BBQ, Captain’s Kitchen, FlavaVille, Germany’s #1 Food Truck, Louisville Sushi Truck and The Traveling Kitchen.Vendors that will be on site include Cloud Hotel, Comfy Cow, DaisyCakes Designs, Heck Yes Magnets, Magnolia Photo Booth, Rooted Plant Shop, and Poorcastle Art Collective (featuring Hand Crafted by JFH & Shop The Oliver).

All proceeds will benefit non-profit, all-local WCHQ 100.9 FM, AMPED, and MERF (Musician’s Emergency Resource Foundation). The Greg Bryant Foundation will also be present to benefit Louisville Leopards Percussionists.
