WATCH: Highlights from Louisville Basketball’s Red White Scrimmage

Looking for something to wash that awful taste out of your mouth from Saturday’s disgusting loss to lowly Wake Forest? Ready to switch gears from UofL’s disappointing football season to the David Padgett era of Cardinal hoops? Or perhaps you’re simply looking for something, or anything related to Louisville athletics that doesn’t include mention of NCAA sanctions, strippers, board members, or disgraced former head coaches? Well, in the spirit of Halloween, I’ve got a treat for you.

The UofL YouTube page just published a killer highlight video showcasing a collection of notable plays from Friday’s Red White scrimmage. By watching it you get a good look at returning stars Deng Adel and Quentin Snyder as well as incoming standout freshmen Malik Williams (#5) and Jordan Nwora (#33). You get a glimpse at David Padgett’s “style of play,” which looks a lot like Pitino’s (duh). And how about these slick new uniforms? Way better than those rainbow-on-the-butt uni’s from 2006 or those awful infrared tournament jerseys from 2012.
