Watch a Lamar Jackson highlight reel from the Louisville Spring Game!

The Louisville Cardinals played their annual spring game yesterday, but if you’re like me, you were stuck at work and unable to attend. This sucks because A.) I really wanted to see how much Heisman Trophy winning QB Lamar Jackson has improved and get a feel of his rapport with his receivers, old and new; and B.) I really wanted to see that damn Heisman Trophy in person.

DON’T FRET! I found a cool highlight video of Lamar Jackson from yesterday’s scrimmage (thanks, ACC Network!), and thankfully that video not only has footage of him slinging it around the field, but also a shot of him hoisting up the Heisman, posing in front of the thousands of Louisville faithful in attendance. I gotta say, it still seems unreal that our city has a Heisman winning quarterback. The thought of it still makes the little hairs on the back of my neck stand up.

Anyway, watch the video below:

STATS: Lamar Jackson threw for 346 yards and three TD through the air and run for 38 yards and a TD, despite playing through just two and a half quarters. Typical.
