LISTEN: Black God – “Four”

Hardcore heroes Black God have returned, and whoa boy am I fuckin’ excited! A few days ago the band announced their fourth 7inch, aptly titled Four, which is currently streaming on Bandcamp. The new effort boasts six new fast and furious bangers, all hovering around 2 minutes continuing the band’s tradition of getting in and getting the fuck out before you have the chance to get bored.

The song I’ve quickly gravitated to is called “Dispositional”, a steady rocker that features singer Rob Pennington giving as passionate a performance as he ever has, and that’s saying something. His unique voice always finds a way to lift my spirits, and with this new track he’s got me out of the doldrums and feeling sky high. Needless to say, I’m stoked about their new effort, and can’t wait to get my grubby hands on the vinyl which will be released sometime this April via  No Idea Records. Go here to pre-order.
