WATCH: White Reaper – “Middle of America”

Louisville heros White Reaper recently drove up to Chicago and recorded a new song as part of the ongoing Treehouse Session series. The track is titled “Middle of America” and will be featured on a split 7inch record with Nashville’s Daddy Issues. This will hit the streets tomorrow (CHRISTMAS DAY) via Infinity Cat Recordings, so consider this their extra special gift, giftwrapped just for you and you only.

The new song has that familiar Ramones flavor that we’ve come to expect from White Reaper, only with “Middle of America” I hear a hint of Electric Light Orchestra, whether that be intentional or not. Maybe I’m off my rocker. Anyway, the band made a music video that gives us a behind the scenes look into the recording process of their latest jam; watch it below:

The Daddy Issues / White Reaper split 7″ will be limited to 300 random colored vinyl so be sure to go here to get your copy before they evaporate. For more information on this and the making of the music video, go here.
